My progression is incorrect
The information in your progression is reported to the Department of Education by your education provider for the purpose of generating a progression. If any of the information displayed is incorrect, you will need to contact your education provider directly. The department is unable to change any of the information in your progression.
I can't access my progression
If your passkey is not working or the system won't accept your date of birth, you will need to contact your education provider to confirm the information they have provided is correct. If the information is correct, your education provider will contact the department on your behalf.
I can't submit my progression
Please ensure that all fields on your progression are complete and correct. If any information is incorrect, please contact your education provider. If, after confirming your information is correct, you are still unable to submit your progression, please submit an enquiry using the dedicated VET Student loans online enquiry form. Please outline your situation in detail before you submit your enquiry to the department.
