I don’t have a passkey
You must be enrolled in a course of study before your provider can give you a passkey. If you are enrolled, please check your spam/junk email folders for the eCAF invitation email. If you have not yet received a passkey to complete your eCAF, please contact your education provider directly- the department cannot send you a passkey.
My eCAF is incorrect
The information in your eCAF is reported to the Department of Education by your education provider for the purpose of generating an eCAF. If any of the information displayed is incorrect, you will need to contact your education provider directly. The department is unable to change any of the information in your eCAF.
I can't access my eCAF
If your passkey is not working or the system won't accept your date of birth, you will need to contact your education provider to confirm the information they have provided is correct. If the information is correct, your education provider will contact the department on your behalf.
I can't submit my eCAF
Please ensure that all fields on your eCAF are complete and correct. If any information is incorrect, please contact your education provider. If, after confirming your information is correct, you are still unable to submit your eCAF, please ask your provider to contact the department on your behalf.
